What The Heck Is Up With The New Max Payne Movie?
ok, so i was watching the trailer for the new max payne movie with Mark Wahlberg and all i can say is, "What the Hell?!" If you've seen the trailer and played the original video game you might understand. But can someone please explain to me why there are these winged creatures flying around? This is an action game not a fantasy. Why are these guys in the movie?

- I guess (hope) they're part of Payne's nightmare sequences and not part of the actual story. What's scarier is that Ludacris plays Jim Bravura, can you fucking believe that? And the girl playing Mona Sax doesn't convince me yet. Also the dialogue I've heard so far is much worse than that of the game. So far the only good thing coming from this movie is the hope that some company might get interested in making the Max Payne 3 game finally. I seriously hope it'll prove me wrong and the movie won't suck much, but from what I'm seen so far......I don't know.
- I think its a hollywood thing. Cause you see all this movie for them is the moneeyz. So they follow the past trends from movies that made lots of moneeyz. Like say Harry Potter they had demonss and Hellboy that had some demons. They're afraid that the original video game concept might be too uncool for audience so they add demons. The movie is even PG-13 know why? Moneeyz. So in conclusion Demons + PG-13 = Moneeyz But hey I could be wrong the demons could end up on only a 5 minute scene. Who knows? Lets hope it just stays true to the video game that started it all.
- Yeah i think its the nightmares he had. Im SOO hyped for this flick and its gonna be the best video game movie ever! Also the Marilyn Manson song used in the trailer goes really well with the movie.
- Awww Man! are you serious? i saw the commercial trailer and i was hoping it was just maybe a coincidence that it was called Max Payne. It looks like it has NOTHING to do with the game. i played Both Max Payne Games and NONE of them have any demons or creatures or w.e. I'm turned off by it. No other movies based on games did stupid things like this (Doom, Hitman, Tomb Raider, and etc.) they all followed the game. I would have rather watched it if it followed the actual game storyline instead of throwing flying crap in the mix......w/e.
- If u did beat the first game, remember there was this line, "The Flesh of Fallen Angels"?
