i cant play max payne game completely in my pc?

i recently installed max payne in my pc.it is coming for upto first level and the game is blinking .then it is saying error report.please help me.

1. First things first, notify the company which made the game, and secondly, it depends... do you have xp or vista (just change to compatibility mode) Without the more detail, it is hard to pinpoint exactly what the cause could be, but first thing i would do if it were me is try to run in compatibility mode, and if all the other basic things fail, return it.
2. Firstly uninstall the game and then re-install it.See if that helps.Otherwise There can be two problems- (1)The source from which you have installed the game is corrupted.i.e- some of the files may be damaged,missing or unreadable.To be sure, you can try installing the game on any otinstallter and see if you if it runs beyond the first level.If it does not, the the installation files are corrupted. (2)But if it runs in any other computer then you may have a problem with your windows installation.You can re-install windows to see if that works
